Return and Refund Policy

1. Returns
We offer a 30-day return window from the day you receive your order. To qualify for a return:
• The item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition you received it.
• If the product is lightly used but unsatisfactory, we’ll work with you to find a solution.
• Items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect are always eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items:
• Perishable products like pet food or treats.
• Customized or personalized products.
• Gift cards.
How to Start a Return:

• Once we approve your return, we’ll provide you with a prepaid return shipping label for eligible items (free returns for defective/damaged items)
2. Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 48 hours.
• If approved:
• Your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
• For COD orders (if applicable), refunds can be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
• If the return does not meet our criteria:
• We may offer a partial refund or the option to exchange the item.
3. Exchanges

4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide you with a replacement or a full refund—whichever you prefer. There’s no need to ship the defective item back in most cases.

Items purchased on sale or clearance are also eligible for returns (unless otherwise stated), so you can shop confidently.
