Welcome to MoshTosh, where happy pets are our passion and your shopping experience is a walk in the park! Please read these Terms of Service carefully because, well, we want to keep things as fun and friendly as your fur babies.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting our website and purchasing products from MoshTosh, you agree to these terms. Don’t worry, they’re as friendly as a wagging tail! If you don’t agree, we might have to call the “cat police” (just kidding, but seriously, you have to agree to shop here).

2. Your Pet’s Personal Information

We only ask for the essentials—no sniffing around for more than we need! When you provide your information, we promise to keep it safe and sound, just like a cozy pet bed. For more details, check out our Privacy Policy.

3. Product Descriptions

We work hard to ensure that the toys, treats, and all things furry are accurately described and pictured. Sometimes the colors may vary slightly—kinda like when your dog is just a little different after a bath! If you’re not happy with what you received, paw-lease let us know.

4. Pricing & Payments

We believe in clear and fair pricing—no hidden surprises (except maybe a catnip toy). All prices are listed in  and are subject to change, but once you’ve completed your order, we won’t adjust the price. Payment is due when the order is placed, so make sure your pet’s piggy bank is ready!

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship our products with love, care, and a little bit of fur (just kidding, mostly). We aim to get your pet’s goodies to you as quickly as possible, but delivery times may vary depending on your location and any obstacles (like a dog that just doesn’t want to go for a walk).

6. Returns & Refunds

If your pet is not doing zoomies over their new toy or treat, don’t worry! We accept returns within 30 days as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging.
Please note: Unfortunately, chew marks or excessive slobbering may void your return. Reach out to us at 965-66475654, and we’ll help sort it out like a good game of fetch.

7. Pet Safety

We take pet safety seriously—so should you! Always supervise your pet when using our products, especially when it comes to chew toys and treats. We can’t be held responsible for any mischievous behavior (like eating the mail) or unexpected pet antics.
