MoshTosh Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping at MoshTosh! I’m dedicated to making sure your pet’s new goodies get to you safely and as quickly as possible. Please read through our shipping policy for all the details.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order is placed and another email with tracking details once your order is shipped.
• Note: Processing times may be slightly delayed during holidays or sales, but I’ll always do my best to get your pet’s products to you quickly!
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Time
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
• Standard Shipping (Worldwide): Typically takes 10–20 business days, depending on your destination.
We ship globally, ensuring your favorite products reach you no matter where you are!
3. Shipping Carriers
I partner with reliable shipping carriers to ensure your order arrives safely. You’ll receive a tracking number so you can keep an eye on your package every step of the way.
4. International Shipping
I do ship internationally! However, please be aware that customs, duties, and taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These additional fees are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery times may vary due to customs processing.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is on its way, I’ll send you a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor the status of your delivery and plan for when your pet’s treats and toys will arrive.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
I do everything possible to ensure your package arrives safely. However, if your order is lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping, please reach out to our WhatsApp at 965-66475654 and I’ll help you sort it out. For damaged items, please include photos of the damage when contacting me.
7. Shipping Delays
While I aim to ship orders promptly, delivery times may be impacted by factors outside of my control, such as courier delays, weather, or customs. If you haven’t received your order within the expected timeframe, please reach out, and I’ll assist in tracking your package.
